Seattle Hotels & Motels (88)
| Hotels provide sleeping accommodations on a room/suite basis and feature a front desk for customer service. Each guest room must have a private bath and/or shower. Many hotels have additional facilities like a pool, exercise room or sauna. Hotels are usually located near other facilities. |
Seattle Bed & Breakfasts (14)
| Bed and Breakfasts provide short-term lodging in private homes or small buildings converted for this purpose. Usually occupied by the owner or operator, Bed and Breakfasts contain no more than 20 rooms. A continental or full-breakfast must be offered and included in the room rate. |
Seattle Vacation Home Rentals (3)
| Vacation Homes are fully furnished houses/condominiums that come with full kitchens and laundry facilities. These homes are available for rent for at least six (6) months out of the year.

Seattle Extended Stay Suites & Hotels (16)
| Extended stay suites and hotels focus on attracting guests for extended periods of time. They are fully furnished and come with full kitchens (not just kitchenettes) and laundry facilities/service. These accommodation providers must offer weekly and/or monthly rates. Daily rates are optional. Hotels whose number of suites represents less than 25% of the total rooms available don’t qualify for this category. |
Seattle Hostels (1)

| Inns operate much like hotels but are smaller in size and capacity. Inns must have a staffed front desk and consist of less than 30 rooms. In general, the entrance to bedrooms is made through a lobby or other common room. Breakfast is often offered, but not mandatory. |
